What we collect
- Information you give us — when you submit our contact form (name, company, email, phone, and your message) or use our free tools (such as answers entered into the IT Health Assessment or Cost Estimator).
- Chat messages — if you use our website assistant, the questions you type are processed to generate responses. Don't share passwords or sensitive personal information in chat.
- Basic usage data — standard, privacy-respecting analytics (such as pages visited and approximate region) used to understand how the site performs. We don't build advertising profiles.
- First-party site analytics — our own lightweight visit counter sets one first-party cookie (a random visitor ID, no name or email) so we can tell repeat visits apart, and records which pages and sections were read and which buttons were clicked. It never captures anything typed into a form. This data stays with Diversicom and is not shared with advertisers.
- ARIA chat assistant — if you use the chat bubble, the questions you type and the answers you receive are sent to our AI provider to generate the reply and are stored by Diversicom, along with the page you were on and your general location, so we can review the quality of the answers and understand what visitors need. Please do not enter passwords, account numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.
How we use it

- To prepare proposals and provide services you've asked about.
- To improve our website, tools, and content.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Period.
- We don't share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- We don't send marketing email unless you've asked to hear from us, and you can opt out at any time.
Service providers
Like most businesses, we rely on a small number of vetted vendors to operate this site — for example, web hosting and content delivery, form processing, and the AI service that powers our chat assistant. These providers process data only on our behalf and only to deliver their service.
Data retention & security
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and we protect it using the same security practices we recommend to our clients — encryption in transit, access controls, and monitored infrastructure.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one business day.
